You’ll find Ramen Express by Chef Woo at Albertsons company stores across the US, including ACME, Andronicos, Carrs, Haggen, Jewel-Osco, Lucky, Market Street, Pavilions, Randalls, Safeway, Shaws, StarMarket, Tom Thumb, United and Vons. We’re also available at select Wal-Mart locations, and in Raley’s, SaveMart and FoodMax in Northern California. Click on these links or on our map to find a store in your area. Are Ramen Express noodles good for a vegetarian, flexitarian or plant-based diet?
Yes! Ramen Express is tasty, affordable and 100% vegetarian/vegan noodles. Whether you are a vegetarian, or just trying to add some plant-based meals into your diet, Ramen Express instant ramen is a delicious way to enjoy one of your favorite foods!
How do I make the perfect cup of Ramen Express?

Use 1 cup of water to make the perfect cup of Ramen Express.

Boil water in a kettle. Pour 1 cup of water over noodles. Close the lid. Let stand for 3 minutes.

OR

Add 1 cup of water to the cup. Stir. Close the lid. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute.

Is Ramen Express high in salt/sodium or have added MSG?

No, Ramen Express does not have any added MSG. We also challenged ourselves and succeeded in keeping the sodium level as low as other instant noodles while still maintaining full flavors! If you want to lower your salt/sodium intake, we recommend using less of the flavor pack. You can also cook in a low sodium broth or use your favorite hot sauce for added flavor.

Is Ramen Express Kosher-certified?
Yes, Ramen Express is produced in a state-of-the-art facility in Saluda, South Carolina that is Kosher-certified.
Where is Ramen Express made?

Ramen Express by Chef Woo is proudly made in the USA in our noodle production facility in Saluda, South Carolina. To celebrate the first batch of noodles that we made, we donated thousands of cups of Ramen Express as a thank you to local #HealthCareHeroes at hospitals in South Carolina and Georgia.
